Minab, Iran – The death toll from an Israeli attack on a girls’ elementary school in the southern city of Minab has risen to 51, with 60 others reported injured, according to the IRNA news agency.
City official Mohammad Radmehr told IRNA that Israel “directly targeted” the school earlier today.
He added that 170 students were present in the school at the time of the strike, and warned that the number of casualties could rise as rescue operations are still ongoing.
