Islamabad, Feb. 23, 2026 — Pakistani security forces killed nine terrorists, including a suicide bomber, during intelligence-based operations in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the military said Monday.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that four militants were killed in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, following a clash at a location linked to the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban, referred to by authorities as “Fitna-al-Khawarij.” Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the site.
